Megan Leong Art
I am a Kansas City area based painter and have loved creating things for as long as I can remember. I am married to my college sweetheart, and we have three sweet kiddos that I spend my days with. Through my art I communicate my hopes, daydreams, and inspirations. Much of my work is a celebration of creation and moments that cause you to linger and be present.
I studied art at UCM and Kendall College of Art and Design (MFA). My work is in private collections around the world and in corporate collections throughout the US. I frequently show my work at art fairs, art galleries, and local businesses around the Kansas City area, where I currently reside. A selection of my prints are also featured on Minted.com, as winners of their curated design challenges.
I am driven by a desire to create; I can't imagine my life without making art! Through painting, I am able to communicate things that can't be spoken. My hope is that people will feel a sense of joy and hope when experiencing my work. It is a great honor when someone connects with my work and chooses to make it a part of her daily life! It truly does make the creative process complete.
